Examples: Consultant A - Outgoing, personable, team-focused consultant who can work collaboratively with a team, lead people and be the type of person that you could put in front of the BOD or executive team for a presentation; yet, still have the technical skills to meet all your project/interim needs. Consultant B - Highly technical, focused, heads-down individual who is comfortable collaborating in smaller groups, but would not be the person to present to executives. Highly task focused, heads-down consultant and could be a genius. Consultant C - Somewhere in the middle: personable, steady Eddie, nuts-and-bolts type of consultant who will be a jack of all trades, but not overly technical.

Budget - Please provide any guidance on hourly expectations for this engagement? Our consultants can range from $60 per hour to $200 per hour depending on the specific skill sets needed. Also, are there any further approvals that need to take place before this project can begin? We work through a standard master services agreement, with a one-page statement of services that specifies the details related to your assignment.
